Very Berry Smoothie

A tasty way to get in your daily greens and tofu! And kids love it!!!
Ingredients
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • ½ banana
  • ¼ cup apple juice
  • ¼ cup lite coconut milk
  • ¼ cup cold water
  • ¼ cup silken tofu (about ⅕th to ¼th block of tofu)
  • 1 cup baby spinach or kale (optional)
Instructions
  1. Place berries, banana, apple juice, coconut milk, water, tofu, and spinach or kale (optional) in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
