Quick and Tasty Berry Sherbert

- 1 frozen banana, chopped
- ¾ cup plain 0% (fat free) Greek yogurt
- Extra berries for topping (optional)
- Place all ingredients in blender and blend until completely smooth
- Top with fresh berries (optional)
