Very Berry Smoothie

A tasty way to get in your daily greens and tofu! And kids love it!!!
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- ½ banana
- ¼ cup apple juice
- ¼ cup lite coconut milk
- ¼ cup cold water
- ¼ cup silken tofu (about ⅕th to ¼th block of tofu)
- 1 cup baby spinach or kale (optional)
Instructions
- Place berries, banana, apple juice, coconut milk, water, tofu, and spinach or kale (optional) in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
